ReplyDeleteI've talked to 4 out of the 5 that participated yesterday and all of our butts hurt SO bad. If you want a good "buttocks" workout, try doing 2o squats and 75-100 lunges. OUCH! Kim Kardashian aint got nuttin on our butts.
